Labeling Monoblocks series 6005W

Automatic Monoblock composed of Stainless steel:

- Inclined foil dispenser, model 4603D-406,suitable for tin, polylaminated and shrink-wrap foils with cork detection photocell, bottle neck centring device and foil pressing plunger.

- Sleeking head for tin and polylaminate caps with head speed rotation adjusted by inverter from 1.000 to 2.000 rpm (for aluminium foils, add pre smoothing unit 4060-5000).

- Linear labeller suitable for self-adhesive labels with:
-- body label station with step motor and height adjustment
-- back-label station with step motor and height adjustment
-- labeling managed through potentiometers for body and back label centering

N.B.: on 6005W monoblock is not possible to install the neck label station centralized handling of monoblock and labeling stations With PLC and operation terminal with blue colours touch screen 5,7” (handling of labeling stations with potentiometer).
Bottle enters by infeed screw having variable step for cap supplier and sleeker Machine supplied with safety guards in accordance with CE standards and equipped for one type of cylindrical bottle.
